Parents,

*please remember that next weekend, December 14 is going to be our Give
Back Food Pantry Fundraiser for the Church.  We need all scouts and parents
on deck by 10 AM Saturday. There is a bit of a break in between depending
on set up and how fast the vendors get out of their cars. *

*Unfortunately, we will need 3-4 people to work in the kitchen. it's
Hamburger's and Hot dogs, so it's not too bad.  Please let me know if you
can assist from 11-4 in the Kitchen.  I will need someone to go food
shopping too. I have a list and will provide you with a troop card or we
can reimburse you. *

All scouts playing a brass instrument should register online (per below)
and DO NOT forget your instruments at school next Friday.  If you play
Tuba, please speak with Mr. Timmons about borrowing one for the weekend.

Finally, please be sure to invite your family and friends to sit in the
audience and watch the concert. It is a really nice event with lots of
vendors for Christmas shopping too.

Annual Alfonso Jerome Kimbrough Memorial ChristMASS Brass.* The event will
be held on *Saturday, December 14, 2019,* at Conlon Hall, 19 N. Williams
Street, Bergenfield, NJ. *If you have not already registered, please do so
today. *



*Please feel free to share this invite with other brass players and invite
your friends and family to the concert. Audience attendance is free. We
will have shopping available, a raffle and our kitchen will be open. *

will accept checks. We will not have the ability to accept credit card

Last year, due to the generosity or the participants and the audience, we
were able to raise $1000 as a donation to the local food pantries and many
bags of food. We are hoping to raise at least $1 dollar more than last year
and additionally, we would like to have enough to send one needy Scout to
Summer Camp 2020.
