[Troop139] URGENT Please Read - Parent Meeting Tomorrow Night 8 pm

All,

I need all of your help and need to ask you to please join us tomorrow night at 8 pm for a Parent Meeting.   We need to discuss the following:


*       Anniversary Dinner - Only Mr. Beattie and Sciame called into our last two conference calls.  We have Colon Hall Reserved for Saturday March 10th.   We have 5 weeks left and can still make this a success but we need to act now.



*       2018 Scout Trips - We need to discuss what are the trips we will be making for the rest of the year.


*       Troop Treasury:

o   Troop 139 Annual Dues - Could everyone who has not paid bring a check for $150.00 for the Troop 2018 dues?

o   Popcorn Money - I would like to collect all outstanding Popcorn money tomorrow night.

We are capable of accomplishing so much if we work as one team.  Look at the outstanding work all of the parents and scout did which was led by our Scout Master Mr. Racanelli and Asst. Scout Master Mr. Argueta in a short time to sell the TON of Popcorn we had.  Mr. Argueta also worked very hard with Mr. Racanelli and others to get the scouts ready for the Klondike the weekend before last.  The Scouts did a FANTASTIC job, we should be very proud of them.

PLEASE, please try to join us tomorrow night and let's get things moving on the anniversary dinner and planning for the rest of the year.  Thank you! This only works if you all are involved.
