*       Trip Logistics

o   Open to parents

o   Large Cabin holds 21 people

o   Transportation Drivers - Francis (4), Ben (5), Gordon (4), John (5), Justin (1),

o   Trailer

?  Francis will get the trailer, Gordon will pull it

?  Ask Scouts to bring main items for event on Tuesday night before the trip  - John

?  Gordon will go down early on Friday.

*       Program / Agenda:

o   Day 1 - Friday

?  0630     Breakfast - Eaten at home

?  12:00    Arrive around Noon
Lunch - Scouts bagged Lunch

?  1:00      Visitor Center "Electric Battlefield" Presentation (Need Ticket also buy the Eisenhower Farm Ticket - If weather is bad we'll do this first)
Battlefield - Blue Trail (Shorter One)

?  2000     Dinner - Pizza

o   Day 2 - Saturday

?  0700 -   Breakfast - Bagels /

?  0900 - Grey Trail / Eisenhower Farm

?  1200 - Lunch - Cold cuts

?  1900 -   Dinner - Gettysburg Battle Theater -  All you can eat buffet - Justin to call the place

o   Day 3 - Sunday

?  0700     Breakfast

?  0900     Mass at St. Francis

?  1000     Downtown Gettysburg or anything we need to do.

?  1500     Leave to go home

*       Patches and Support Material

o   Call the Council folks for the cabin:

?  Ask if we can buy the guide book and patches.  If they have an integrated patch say yes.

?  Ask if they have water available

o


*       Food list - Oatmeal, Apples, Bananas, Bag of hot chocolate, Plates, cups, Fork/Knives/Spoons, Paper towels, Tortillas, Box of Chips, Peanut butter, Strawberry jam, Mustard, Cheese, Cookies, Coffee, Milk

*       Bring:

o   Orange T-Shirts

o   Flash Lights
