[Troop139] Things to do before the Camporee

Please Boys and parents I need your Boys at 5:30 PM on Thursday at the garage area at the church , they need to bring all the camping gear including their back packs if it is possible and the permission slip which we gave it to them tonight , please parents SIGNED , please be there sharp at the time mentioned before since i have an appointment at 6:30 PM my self .

Friday ( departure day) 

At 4:15 PM at coopers pond Bergenfield ,since the church will be really busy at that time we decide to meet up at the park ,please full uniform and Neckerchief if you have one and a Sandwich and drink to eat in our way to the camporee.

Please !! PLEASE!!!! 
Be on time this 2 days ...
On Friday i would love to start driving away at 4:20 PM since it is close to 2 hours  trip , i CAN'T be waiting for anyone .
