Hi Folks!
Let me echo Mrs. Valencia's note about this training.  It is valuable on many levels in and out of Scouting.  
When coupled with Outdoor Training and the Wood Badge course, your personal development as a person, parent, co-worker and yes, as a Scout Leader will be greatly enriched!
I encourage both men and women to take these courses and apply these skills to growing our boys and yourselves.
