Scouts from Troop 139 are strongly encouraged to participate in this... the
Troop will cover the cost of your book, but you MUST let us know if you
plan on registering.

Each scout will be responsible for his own transportation.

Gordon, I am sure you can share with us more pertinent information about
this award.
