By popular Vote, the troop is returning to Fort Mifflin in Philadelphia, PA!

Please see the attached PERMISSION SLIP, Print it, complete AND BRING IT TO tonight’s meeting

Cost per person is $60.

All parents are welcome to come. 

Siblings are welcome if an adult accompanies them. 

ACCOMMODATIONS AND PACKING NEEDS

ALL should bring a bag lunch for Saturday.  And about $15 spending money for lunch on Sunday afternoon. 

The troop has once again reserved the casemates (these get cold) to sleep in. Adult ladies will have separate sleeping quarters.

Scouts should plan to pack for winter camping conditions

You will need all your snow gear and workboots as you will have a service activity to do at the fort. 

TRANSPORTATION

IMPORTANT: Adults! Please respond to this email and let Mr. Argueta know if you are able to drive. 

Departure Time: from St. John's will be 9:00 AM on Saturday MORNING

We will attend mass at a local Philly church, eat lunch and then return on Sunday about 4:00 PM 

The cost of this trip includes: Overnight Stay; Dinner (Sat), Snacks & Breakfast (Sun); Ghost Tour; Guided Tour of Fort; Civil War Weapons demonstration; Educational Merit Badge Activity; Gas & Tolls
