Hi Folks!
Rich Donovan of the Archdiocesan Youth Ministry Office and the Catholic Committee on Scouting has sent out this reminder.
We will need some new folks to get involved in the program of religious awards in general, and in the Catholic awards in specific per Rich's note.

Adults are asked to embrace this opportunity to both grow and share your faith.  If any of our Scouts who are about to turn 18 in the next few months want to participate and become youth leaders in this ministerial aspect of Scouting, please feel welcome as well!

Subject: BSA Catholic Emblems Coordinator Training Reminder

Good Morning All!

Just a reminder THIS SUNDAY is the BSA Catholic Emblems Coordinator Training Day at the Archdiocesan Youth Retreat Center in Kearny sponsored by the Archdiocese of Newark Catholic Committee on Scouting.   The address for the Center is 499 Belgrove Drive in Kearny.

Upon arrival to the facility please come down the main driveway located near the old church building and then proceed around to the back of the property.  You can park anywhere in lot.   The entrance to where we will be meeting is from the large blue awning that says "Retreat Center" on it near the garages and the Turf Field.  From there please follow the signs to direct you to the Blessed Mother Room.

Registration starts at 9:30am and we will have donuts, bagels coffee and juice out for you.   We plan to start as close to 10am as possible.  Fr Gene will be celebrating Sunday mass for us at 12noon and then we will break for lunch which is provided.  We hope to wrap up by 3pm - just in enough time for you to get home if you wanted to see the final Papal Mass from Phili!

If you know of anyone else that might be interested in joining us on Sunday please forward them this email or invite them to come!
