Just a Reminder!

Popcorn Show N’ Sell & Orders Due by
the Tuesday, September 29 meeting 

 

 

Dear Parents, 

 

Your scouts went home from the Troop meeting tonight with popcorn for our Boy Scout Popcorn Fundraiser.

 

Note: THIS POPCORN IS NOT FREE!!!!!!

You are financially accountable for all the popcorn in your possession. If you do not sell it, it must be returned intact to the Troop by September 29 so we can send it back to council. Prices are listed on the brochures each scout was given. Boxes of Popcorn should NOT be opened and will NOT be accepted if returned. 

 

Please be sure that you know what your son brought home. There is a form in your envelope that has the quantity of what your scout brought home and is responsible for selling. 

 

Scouts can sell door-to-door under parent supervision only. By using the order form in the envelope you received, additional orders can be placed if people do not want to buy what you have in your show and sell.  All money must be collected in advance. If people order popcorn, scouts should collect the money and return the order and money to Mrs. Valencia or Mrs. Daly. 

 

If you missed the parent meeting, your son should have brought home his popcorn and an envelope of important information for you to read. If neither you nor your scout were able to come tonight, then you will need to receive your popcorn and envelope at the next meeting.
