Subject: [Troop139] Court of honor

Troop,
If we can't find a sooner date for conlon hall or the church basement, there's always the American legion hall (camp Merritt) in Cresskill next to kings which was recently remodeled. It can hold a little over 100 people, it has a kitchen to prepare food, plenty of parking, and more importantly, they informed me that they won't charge us to use it for anything scout related, like court of honors. And I know the priests have a history of not wanting to go to other towns to participate in court of honors, but due to the tight schedule with conlon hall and the church, I'm sure they'll be nice enough to make an exception on the...3 mile drive.

So if you want a sooner date, or if conlon hall and the church are busy on July 25th, Camp Merritt would be a great replacement if available. And I'm pretty sure that there are many June dates available in that hall.
