[Troop139] RESPONSE NEEDED ASAP: Passaic Health Dept. invitation to participate in Sandy Fair

Hi Folks!
To follow up on Mr. Argueta's note...
We can expect to promote Scouting by essentially doing what you guys did for
the recent open house.  We will need to gather supplies around 8:00 AM on
Saturday and plan to leave by 8:30 AM, as we will need to set up once we get
to Paterson.  If we have posters or flyers available, someone will need to
make sure that we bring them.
Your personal "GO KITS" would be excellent examples of your preparedness!

I will bring some Scouting and radio preparedness and educational materials.

We need to know who is planning to attend, SO PLEASE RESPOND!

Hello scouts,Parents,leaders; we have an invitation to participate and do
some  community service this upcoming saturday 28/15 ,this activity its
taking place in Paterson and the invitation came trough Mrs Charlene Gungil
, if any Scouts and parents would like to attend  to  this great opportunity
and  help some how  people affected with the super storm Sandy.
we can meet up at St. Johns parking lot by 8:30 AM and head to Paterson at
9:00 AM ,breakfast and lunch will be provide it by Passaic Health
Department, any questions please don't hesitate to ask Mr Gordon,Mr Gungil
or my self .

 Hello Troop 139, I wanted to invite you to participate in an upcoming Super
Storm Sandy Recovery Fair this Saturday, March 28, 2015. We would need as
many scouts, and possibly adults to help with vendors, attendees, and even
man a table with emergency preparedness items. I hope that some of you may
