[Troop139] Grand Canyon at sunset

Miss you guys, but working and playing hard.  Please say some prayers for a friend of the Troop, Jim Jackson, NS2K who is struggling with brain cancer.  He moved put here three years ago and until recently was doing great.  Some of the older boys and adults may remember him helping with license classes.  While out here visiting our son James, we also spent a couple of days getting Jim on the air, with Nancy helping Jim's sister in law Gail cook some meals, and James and I were sorting his storage boxes with his brother Paul.  The other day we put up a 30 ft tower for Jim's antennas.  It took 4 of us and truck to pull it up.
We took lots of instructional and cool photos of the terrain including the Canyon and Sedona.  Much can be applied to Scouting and everyday life.
Tomorrow we start winding our way back toward home, while working every day.
