[Troop139] Merit Badges

-Troop,
	As of today, I am officially the merit badge counselor for another 3 merit badges. To ADD to the merit badges I’m already a counselor for (Fitness, chess, and community), I have just became the counselor for Personal Management, Citizenship in the nation, and Citizenship in the world. So if any scouts want to go over the requirements for those badges, I am more then happy to help you.
