As I mentioned on the phone!  THIS IS AWESOME!  It seems to be just about the right amount of funding that you'll need, too!
Make sure that you get the railroad contact approval (if needed).  We can go to the flag vendor and get the paperwork that you'll need to finalize the parts list, costs and engineering materials for the building permit.
