[Troop139] Revised DAV Pancake Breakfast flyer

Hi Dino. the flyer looks great! It should mention the troop name and there should also be a contact number. Otherwise, people will be calling the veterans with questions. 

If you update it, I will print the flyers as we discussed to get them in the bulletins.
