or email problems happening as he send his workbook to you last week  on

He was also having some trouble with people being able to view the  PDF.  
If you are unable to see it, you may need to update your version of  Acrobat 
Reader. But, either way, I am attaching Kofi's workbook to this email  
(which is the version he sent last week) for your review.
