[Troop139] World Jamboree Next Summer!

Hi Folks!

 

I have been informed by my good friend and colleague, George Boothby, that
there are still a few slots available in his Troop for the World Jamboree in
Japan next summer.  The dates are July 28 to August 8, but your travel will
be a few days more on each end of the trip.  

 

It is a BIG DEAL to go, but I would think it to be a great opportunity for
any youth who is going to be 17 or younger through the last day of the
Jamboree.  On a personal note, George is a good friend and an unbelievable
Scout leader.  This is not his first Jamboree at either the National or the
World level.  He was also Jeremy's Scoutmaster in Sweden.
