[Troop139] New Amateur Radio Operators in Troop 139/Venture Crew 7373!

Hi Folks!

I would like to congratulate Sam Maldonado, KD2HUF, Jack Elder, KD2HUH, and
Ken Vogel, KD2HUI on their new Technician Class Amateur Radio Licenses!
This brings to over 25 current and former Troop 139 members with Amateur
Radio Licenses since we started the program.  The Troop has also enabled
another 40+ other licensees most, involved in Scouting in that same period.
This is a great step forward for our Troop/Crew as well in that these folks
will be able to communicate effectively during Troop operations and also
enjoy and discover the magic of wireless communications that you create
yourself!  

 

We had a few "near misses" as well, and I am sure that they too will earn
their licenses shortly!
