[Troop139] Floodwood 9/26-9/28

HI Folks!
I just received word back from the NNJC that we can bring a small group to Floodwood next weekend.
As of right now, Mr. Vogel, Mr. Elder and I were going to drive two cars.  I can take three Scouts and Mr. Vogel.
Mr. Elder can take two.

We need confirmations from the following Scouts and interest expressed by any others who will get to go based on age, experience and an available slot in the two cars going.

Joe Daly
Sergio Valencia
Kofi Acquaisie
Reinier Carlos
Justin Poquet

Others are welcome, but we are capped at five Scouts.

The costs are pretty straightforward for eight people:

*         Gas and tolls round trip for two cars: $300

*         Per person fee $25 each (8): $200

*         Two meals/snacks en route (8): $200

*         Total about $110/per person

If only three Scouts go with Mr. Vogel and me, then the equation changes:

*         Gas and tolls round trip for one car: $150

*         Per person fee $25 each (5): $125

*         Two meals/snacks en route (5): $125

*         Total about $80/per person

Please confirm ASAP if you are going or are interested in going next week (9/26-9/28).
We will be leaving about 7:00 AM and I can do pickups at the homes of those traveling with me.
