[Troop139] Troop Survey

Diana,
What is the genesis of this survey question about musical experience?
It would be great to have folks take the Music and Bugling Merit Badges, but I wonder if there are other outlets for their musical talents?  

Your question is also addressed to Scouters, parents and former Scouts  on the list in addition to our Scouts, so where do you want this to go?
Maybe that will inspire a more engaged response?
