[Troop139] Scoutfest Attendee's

Hi Everyone,
Please read the attachments I am sending to you, it will give you a detailed description of Saturday's activities.  We are scheduled to meet at St. John's this Friday at 6:30, please be on time.  Make certain you pack your rain gear!  Food plan for the weekend:
Friday night:  Hot Dogs & cracker barrelSaturday:        Breakfast    Pancakes & sausage, oatmealLunch               We will have drinks for your lunch on Saturday ***Bring a sandwich with you on Friday, for Saturday's lunch, it will be way too busy for you to stop during the day and start cookingThe sandwiches will be kept in a cooler until lunch time Saturday.  If you could put your wrapped sandwich in a zip lock baggie with your name that would be just wonderful :)Saturday  dinner    meat sauce with pasta   There will be PB&J and whitebreadSunday breakfast    leftovers
Food will be available for purchase, hot dogs & hamburgers only, however it reads on a limited basis in the info flyer.  You may want to bring a small amount of spending money for the trading post. 
Activities begin at 9 AM Saturday and continue till about 10PM.  There will be  Mass at Camp  8:00 AM,  closing ceremony is at 10, thereafter we will depart.
ATTENTION SCOUTS WHO DID NOT ATTEND TURRELL OR FLOODWOOD THIS SUMMER:   Complete part A & B of the Medical Form, make sure it is completed correctly.  Some activities offered on Saturday require this medical form, your Doctor DOES NOT need to sign these forms.   We need these forms for you through out the year, take the time to complete and bring them with you on Friday.
You may want to bring a pumpkin and/or a plain white T Shirt...WHY???    READ the attached flyer.
