[Troop139] Scoutfest THIS WEEKEND

Hi Folks!
We have 15 Scouts and four adults attending the ScoutFest Camporee this weekend at Camp Alpine on Rt. 9W.

Directions 
Go down Clinton Ave. toward Tenafly
Go up hill 
Turn Left onto Rt. 9W.
Camp will be on your left in Alpine

We are setting get up near the water tower which is in the camp then Left to head toward the Activity Center.  BEFORE you get there, there is a small driveway on your left that will take you to a small lot by the water tower.
There is a short path off the end that will take you to the campsite.

Sergio will be emailing a list of Scouts and adults attending.  We are 19 with twenty paid and only one Scout of unknown status, though that Scout had previously committed.  We should be 20 which is what was paid to the Scout Council. 

Rides are also on Sergio's roster.

If you need gear, please email a reply to this email or make a phone call.   I will be heading get up to camp in the morning on Friday with a full vehicle.
We have a nice location because of the program activity that I am presenting on Saturday.  Parking is limited and early arrival is encouraged after school and work.
 
A menu was created with hot dogs on Friday night.  I don't know how that is going to come about, but I'm sure that it was figured out this evening after I left to pick up Nancy.  

I will be in Baltimore on Wednesday for business and will be packing on Thursday before taking off on Friday for the ScoutFest.  I will have limited availability until we get to camp, so please reach out to other Scouts and parents to coordinate this event.
