[Troop139] Study Materials for the Amateur Radio Technician License Exam

Hi Folks!
Here are some study materials and background on Amateur Radio.  

 

There is a pre-test guide which we will go over on Sunday.  Please try to
take a look at it before our class at 7:00 PM on Sunday.  

The referenced study guide is what you guys have.  If you need a copy, let
me know as I have a spare. 

 

You can also go to www.qrz.com <http://www.qrz.com>  and select the
Resources tab on top and then the Practice Exams.  Select the "Technician"
practice tests.  Each time will be different, but it will help you get the
answers into your head.  

 

Also, I have included below some background information on Amateur Radio and
what you can do with it.
