[Troop139] URGENT ATTENTION: SUMMER CAMP CAMPERSHIP FORM

HI ALL,

This year, Troop 139 will be attending Summer Camp at Camp Turrell from Aug
3 - Aug 9.

Attached is the Summer Camp Campership form. You can fill out this form and
we will submit it to council on your behalf to try and receive a
scholarship/discount for your son to attend Summer Camp.

As we mentioned to the boys at the meeting, this form needs to be filled
out and return to Gordon, Diana or Judy Daly by tomorrow night (Wednesday).

If you are NOT filling out the attached form, you will need to submit the
following fees to the troop so that we can submit the tuition for your
scout by the deadline. If you fill out the form, camp fees are NOT due
until we hear back from council.

*2014 Camp Fees are:*

*$375* per scout (must be to Troop by April 8th)
