Congratulations on your progress with this platform. You may want to consider mounting a 4 foot fiberglass pole at the outside corners topped with a bright tennis ball or pennant so that its presence is more noticeable in your mirrors, to other drivers and pedestrians.

Happy Father's Day to all!

After a nice day, I took a few minutes tonight to assemble my $28 (for paint and hardware) trailer hitch platform from available materials gathered from my garage and yard. It has two green military style pole mounts and a rail to secure packs, took boxes, hockey bags, and sometimes a generator. It needs to be broken down and the tubing needs to be painted, but that will wait a bit to see if adjustments are needed. I already have some road and LED area lights and speakers in my junk box to add later. Next step is to start thinking about shelter and operating position options. Suggestions welcome!
