Just trying to make things clear that this is a Troop and not an outing club. We had really anticipated making this afternoon opportunity available to those who were planning to do the service activity. I am aware of the specific, Scout-related plans that Diana's family has and indicated that the information will be provided to all, since she included the whole Troop in the email as you have.

Gordon, is the tone of your message really necessary? Diana has her nephews eagle court Saturday why is it a big deal to attend the air show if she can swing it time wise?
Of all the families in the troop that don't get the community service aspect of scouting, I certainly wouldn't include the Valencia family.
