[Troop139] Amateur Radio Classes Sunday and Friday, December 26th

Hi Folks!
Just a reminder that we are meeting on Sunday at 6:00 PM in the Parish Life
Center to finish our review.  It will go to at least 9:00 PM.  If you have
not been attending these classes, you are welcome to join us.  So far we
have Mrs. Valencia, Mr. Argueta, Mr. Elder, Mr. & Mrs. Fajardo, Giancarlo,
Bryan, Brendan, Justin, Justin, Kofi, Kojo, Sam, Carmelo, ?  Please be on
time!

 

On Friday, December 26th,  we will be gathering in the Church basement at
8:00 AM to review the question pool before the test at 7:00 PM.  All are
welcome, even if they were not in our earlier weekly class.  Weekly class
attendees should plan to attend as well in order to get a final review
before the test.

 

Bring a sack lunch, snacks and beverages.  We will order pizza for supper.
There is no charge for our Scouts or members of their families.  We would
like a donation of $20 for the day from others in order to subsidize the
efforts of our Troop.  For the test, you will need $15 cash, your SSN and a
form of ID.  The testing fee is established by the Federal Communications
Commission and not by the Bergen Amateur Radio Association Test Team.

then select the Resources tab which will reveal a Practice Exam selection.
Follow that and take the Technician License practice tests a few times in
preparation for the class.
