[Troop139] Ad Altare Dei & Pius XII Religious Awards

Hi Folks!
We are going to conduct classes for the Ad Altare Dei Catholic Religious
Award on a series of Sunday evenings in conjunction with leaders from
several other Troops.  

 

These classes will be uniformed events and focused on the study of the
Sacraments and discussions on how they are made real and alive in your
everyday life.  If you are interested in this, please let me know on Tuesday
at the Court of Honor.  This is available to all our Scouts who have not yet
completed this award.

 

Further, for those Scouts who already have the Ad Altare Dei Award, you may
pursue the Pius XII award which is a study and discussion of life's
vocational options and how you can apply your interests in serving the Lord
in everyday life.    We will schedule these meetings also on Sunday evenings
but at a different time than those of the Ad Altare Dei.

 

Finally, if we have parents who have an interest in supporting these classes
as discussion group coordinators, leaders or assistants, please let me know
as well on Tuesday.
