Hi Folks!


Just a quick note.THANKS TO ALL who attended and assisted with the STEM
Weekend at Camp Turrell.  

It was a great success for our boys and for the other four units involved.

We also received complements about how our unit supported the event while
also participating.  Again, my thanks go to the Scouts and adults who helped
on and off-site!  :-)

 

For those who did not yet hear, Justin Poquet broken his right arm in two
places and is recuperating.  If Justin wants, I will have markers available
to sign his cast!  Get well soon Justin!

 

PLEASE have any popcorn orders in at the meeting on Tuesday!  I have forms
and they can be filled out if you want a family order.  Please include a
check or cash with your order.  

 

I may be delayed in getting to the meeting this week, so the gear cleanup
and patrol box cleanout is a good first activity.

We will be going over the activities from the weekend and reviewing the
underlying science and technology.  

We will also be ensuring that every Scout's advancement is in order -
especially those who are not yet First Class.  

The older Scouts are to supervise this and help the younger Scouts achieve
progress.  

 

We will resume Ad Altare Dei and Pius XII classes this Sunday at 7:00 PM.
