[Troop139] MARK YOUR CALENDARS! December 14 - Flea Market / Ham Fest

*Hi all, *

*Please mark your calendars for December 14 (and 13th in the evening). *

*We will need ALL scouts on this day and Parents to help with this event. *

*We need scouts to sign up to:*
1) run the children's games
2) run the children's craft tables
3) assist vendors with their boxes and merchandise in and out of the
building
4) be available to help vendors get breakfast and lunch

*We will need Parents to sign up to:*
1) Bake cakes for the cake walk game/cake sale (9-inch rounds -- we need
about 30 in total)
2) Work in the kitchen for the day or part of the day
3) We need a Santa Claus for 2 hours in the morning from 8:30 - 10:30
4) Go food shopping for the kitchen
5) Supervise the scouts helping with th echildren's games
6) Be available to great shoppers and collect $ if needed from HAM radio
people and misc. donations

*Logistics and Timing:*
ARRIVAL ON Friday night, December 13th: Will depend on what time we can get
into the church that night to set up the tables and the kitchen
ARRIVAL ON Saturday morning, December 14th:  Will be 6 AM for scouts to
assist vendors

Our day will finish by 4 PM.

*Please be sure to let me know if you will NOT be in attendance to asisst.*

*Otherwise, ALL SCOUTS are expected to be there, in Class A uniform, with a
B shirt underneath. *

*Parents should all let me know what they will be helping with that day. *
