Gordon,

I will be driving Sergio up around 4 or 5 (as soon as I can get out of
work). I may be able to leave as early as 2 or 3. In addition to Steph, I
can take 2 more scouts with gear.. no frame packs.

Let me know.

Diana

HI Folks!

We have secured permission to get into camp on Friday morning, so we will
meet at 8:00 AM in the parking lot of St. John's and then leave for camp.

Ms. Joan, Dino's mom, and I will be there with limited capacity to take
other Scouts. Mr. San Juan & Jon Siebert may also be there in the morning,
again with limited capacity. We do need someone to bring up patrol boxes
which we can load at that time into a vehicle, even if that vehicle will be
driven up later. Please let me know if you can help out with that task.

Other Scouts will be driving up in the afternoon and evening.

We need to know who is available to drive and when individual Scouts are
planning, or desiring to come up to camp, so that we can match everyone up
with a ride.

All should meet us in the dining hall area of camp.

All food has been purchased by Dino and his mom.

PARENTS: PLEASE VERIFY THIS WITH YOUR SON

Scouts are to travel in uniform

Scouts need to dress in layers and have HATS and GLOVES - IT IS COLD
OUTSIDE!

Scouts need to bring bowls, plates, cups and utensils.

Scouts will need their handbook, pen/pencil, paper, pocket knife,
flashlight, water bottle and sleeping bag/pad

Sleeping will be in leantos, the Health Lodge porch or tents, if the Scout
has one available or "buddies-up"

Sunday morning will be an orderly return to the 10:30, 11:00 or possibly
12:00 Noon Mass.

Dismissal will FOLLOW Mass
