EXTRA SPECIAL ATTENTION FOR THOSE ATTENDING TURRELL:

 

As of today (July 27), only three people out of the 14 who said they are
going to camp have paid (plus there are two still owing for last year's
camp).  Also, six families are delinquent for all or part of this year's
dues.  This plus the reduction in dues and the cancellation of several
fundraisers mean that the troop cannot afford to front the money for camp
this year.  It is imperative that I receive payment for camp this Tuesday.
Dues must be paid in full by the end of August.  Please email me for your
balance ASAP and I'll answer as soon as I get home from work.  Don't call
because I'm in the park the next two days and don't get cell phone reception
there.  Even if you think you don't owe, please contact me to confirm it.

PS  I apologize in advance if you receive this message more than once.  For
some reason, my Verizon email doesn't like the troop mailing list, so Mr.

You CANNOT attend camp without a completed BSA medical form, signed by your
docter. This is a requirement for both boys and adults attending camp.
I will be collecting these forms at this Tuesday night's meeting. You need
to submit 3 copies, with a copy of your insurance card. I WILL NOT STAND IN
ST. JOHN'S PARKING LOT SUNDAY MORNING SORTING THROUGH MEDICAL FORMS.

contact me 201 259 7010, if I haven't heard from you by Tuesday it will be
assumed that your son is NOT attending camp. 
Attendance at this Tuesday's meeting is mandatory for all Scouts attending
camp, Merit Badge schedule's, Patrol's organized, troop equipment packed and
so forth.
