[Troop139] Troop 139 Meeting Tonight

Ben,
Try to come on Friday.  
We get up and moving around six AM on Saturday and formation is at 7:00 AM
for dispatch to the Academy.
We will be going to the Academy from Camp Letts first thing.
Joining up at the Academy is tricky and there is no civilian parking there.
They bus us over.

The address for the camp is 
YMCA Camp Letts
Camp Letts Rd.
Mayo, MD

We will be in the dining hall.

Gordon,

Sorry I won't be there tonight I have a managers meeting that goes through
Friday.  Odalys will attend.  As I just noted the corporate managers meeting
is a 3 day not 2 day event so I will not be able to leave on Friday.  I'll
probably leave Friday (after 5pm) or early Saturday (say 5am).  

I could drive someone back with me on Sunday when we  return.

Just a reminder that we need to confirm who is going to the U. S. Naval
Academy this weekend.

We need drivers/chaperones.

We are leaving Friday MORNING at 7:30 AM from St. John's.

All Scouts must be in full uniform when reporting in the morning or they
will not be allowed to attend.
