Hi Folks!
I am pleased to announce that today, Life Scout Charlie Dewey received an
appointment to the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York.
His appointment came in the form of a letter from the office of Congressman
Reed (23-NY).  There are more steps in Charlie's path to entering the
Academy, but this step is one of the most difficult to secure.  

Again, congratulations to Charlie on this wonderful achievement!
