[Troop139] Happy New Year Troop 139!

Hi Folks!

Well, this has been an interesting couple of days, with the impromptu setup
of the Christmas tree in the Lower Church and a very successful Amateur
Radio Course.

 

Dino and Kevin passed their Amateur Radio Technician License Exams and Dino
almost passed the General Class License Exam as well, with no preparation!
Giancarlo and Carmelo need to study a bit more, but they didn't do too badly
for a first time attempt!  Good job all!

 

On Monday evening at 7:00 PM, there will be a work party to clean out and
organize the Troop room.  Mr. Argueta, Mr. Siebert and I are already
planning to be there, but more Scouts and adults would be great!  It will
probably go late, as many are off or have a short workday on New Year's eve.
Please consider participating.  NO UNIFORMS ARE NEEDED for this activity.

 

Our next Ad Altare Dei and Pius XII classes will be on Sunday, 1/5 and our
next Troop meeting is on Tuesday, 1/7.
