[Troop139] Merit Badge COUNCILOR

Thank you Justin and please know your presence at our functions and meetings is very important to the Troop as a whole, it speaks volumes to the boys about your character and your commitment to Scouting.  I hope Joseph will follow your example and continue to participate in the Troop after he becomes an Eagle Scout.  
Edward will become a Boy Scout in March and trust me he will need you ( and anyone else willing) to earn his personal fitness badge 😊.
