Joe & Rich will there Friday night for set up & Saturday.
Rich can help out in the kitchen, will be there at 6 AM......do we know how to work the coffee pot???   Filters???
I can do cakes, let me know how many you get and I can make up the difference.....are these cakes going to be eaten after the game?

AUGUST 3RD FLEAMARKET / HAMFEST NEEDS -- TROOP 139 ACTION NEEDEED - Please read all information


 


 


 


As you know, this Saturday, August 3rd is the Fundraiser for Troop 139.  It is a Flea Market / Family Fun Fair / Ham Fest. 


 


We will need all Scouts and Parents to asisst with .this day as it is a fundraiser for ALL Troop scouts. 


 


If you are unable, please respond and let me know.


 


 


Please see the below list and let me know how and when you will be assisting... 


 


Friday, August 2nd 


 - Jeanne, I will need 2 banks (kitchen $150 (1's, 5's & quarters / door 1's & 5's  )


 - Dennis, can you help me with the mircophone (I may need to borrow yours as Gordon is Out of Town)


 - Parents, We will need someone to go to Costco for foodon Friday mornign or afternoon

                then we can put things into the kitchen of Friday night. Please let me know.


 


PARENTS AND SCOUTS - (7 PM - 9 PM -- Conlon Hall) (Many hands make light work)


 - Room Set Up  -- Tables and Chairs 


 - Kitchen set up


 - Games Set up


 - HANG SIGNS Outside, please bring a hammer and nails or a staple gun if you have one.

Saturday, August 3rd (6 AM START)  (3-4 PM END)


 -  ALL SCOUTS should arrive by 6 AM to assist with the unloading of vendor vehicles (CLASS B ORANGE SHIRTS AND SCOUT PANTS/SHORTS ARE FINE)




 - Parents, we will need 1-3 parents to work in the morning at the front door for admission fees for HAM show attendees. 




 - Looking for 1-2 PARENTS work in the kitchen. I have asked a friend to come and cook for us so we will only need people to take orders and money.




 - Cake Walk: We are doing a game called a cake walk. We need some cakes backed (9"rounds preferred, you can get 2 to a box of mix)

Please let me know if you can back 2-4 cakes OR MORE (we need about 50 cakes total).




 - Ticket sellers - we will have some kids games and we will sell tickets for them, so I will need 1-2 people to sell the games.
