[Troop139] Eagle Project Update: Repeater Strength Check

Hi Everyone!



We tested a few frequencies a couple weeks back but there is still much
work to do. We still need a few more signal reports from various different
locations. Please test these frequencies and feel free to add other
repeater frequencies that are used in your area as well.  Common
frequencies go test could be on 2 meters (144 MHz) or 70 cm (440 MHz), but
if you use frequencies on other VHF or UHF bands in your area, please let
me know and test them.
Also, please include the location where you tested.  You may test in
multiple locations likely to be useful for the Red Cross in addition to
your home.



Signal reports should be as follows:



0                    no signal

1                    barely detectable signal

2                    noisy signal

3                    useable signal

4                    strong signal

5                    maximum signal
