Hi Folks!

Well...WE DID IT!

Once again, many diverse elements of our wonderful Parish came together as a
Body of Christ to work and play together and to make the Carnival a success!
The weather, while not perfect, was better than in many years, so the
logistics were fairly straightforward and easily allowed folks to be engaged
without undue challenges. I know that while we are all tired, we had a
great time!

THANK YOU ALL FOR HELPING WITH THE FOOD BOOTH AND OTHER ASPECTS OF THE
CARNIVAL!

It was a blessing to be among all of you this week!

Please feel free to come by the garage area on Tuesday night after 7:00 PM
if you would like to have a grilled hot dog, help clean up and enjoy the fun
and chatter!

Here's where we are with the Carnival demobilization:

COMPLETE

* We could use more assistance with this tonight to wash dishes and
tools

*        Shelter take down

* Stack tables and chairs in one garage bay or possibly move them to
Conlon Hall

TO DO - On Tuesday at the Boy Scout Meeting/Barbecue

* Clean up and packaging of the equipment. - Partially complete

* We need to identify a space to store the supplies for next year's
Carnival and move things there

* Gordon will get Lou's grill back to him this week.

* Gordon will return the propane to Exxon this week.

Thanks & 73,

Gordon Beattie, W2TTT
