[Troop139] Popcorn forms due

Mr. Tralongo,

Thank you for your thoughts and prayers for the Troop.  We are very blessed with wonderful people supporting an amazing group of boys.  Our recent Tricky Tray shows the dedication of the parents, the Parish and the community for our boys and what they do.

In addition to our very active outdoor program, the Troop is attending the Archdiocesan Scout Retreat this weekend, and then they will continue their work on the Family Life, Model Building and Inventions Merit Badges in the next few weeks.  Several interesting projects are being developed by our Scouts.

Recently, we celebrated two firsts for Scouts of our Troop when John Racanelli earned the new Welding Merit Badge and Sam Maldonado earned the new Geocaching Merit Badge.  

I'm sure more will follow soon!

Gordon,
Been following the progress with the Scouts, via your e-mails.  Your
program is very robust and challenging, as well as educational.  Scouting
values are consistent with the Gospel values taught at Transfiguration, and
provides an excellent opportunity to put those values into practice in real
world situations.
My complements to all in your program who give unselfishly of their time
and talents.
