[Troop139] Please Volunteer! Bergen Bike Ride - Sunday June 3

Hi Folks!



We are looking for volunteers for the Bergen Bike Ride this Sunday, June
3rd.

 

Volunteers for several different roles are needed including:

*        Communications both telephone and radio 

*        Start/Stop/Rest Stop staff 

*        Course oversight 

*        SAG wagons for those who are not able to continue

 

We should be done between Noon and 1:00 PM, though some should be able to
leave the event early if needed.

 

We will be meeting in the back center of the main parking lot at Bergen
Community College at 7:00 AM for a staff briefing.  

This is the area near the main academic and gym buildings.  You will have no
trouble locating us once on campus.

 

This is also a warm-up for the more complex, Ramapo Rally which is scheduled
for Sunday, August 19th.   Please consider joining us for that event as
well!
