[Troop139] Summer Camp / Camperships / Physical Forms

Hi all,

By now, if you applied for a Campership from the Northern New Jersey Council, you should have received your Campership letter with the amount that you were approved for for your child(ren).? 
?
We now need to complete our payments for Summer Camp to Council, therefore, please bring to the Scout meeting (by May 29th), the following: 
?-- If you did not apply for a Campership, please bring in your complete tuition payment of $355 
?-- A copy of your campership letter, please bring in?a copy of your approval letter to find out how much you owe. $355 
?--?If you are having difficulty paying for camp, please let Mrs. Dewey know and we will work out a payment plan.
?-- Depending on our fundraising $$$s received this spring from car washes, ham radio fest, and Wendy's dine outs, some Summer Camp fees MAY be discounted. 
?
Additionally, please see that attached Medical Forms. I MUST receive one form for EACH child and EACH adult attending Summer Camp. Please bring these to the meeting as soon as possible. All forms MUST be received by July 1. Physicals MUST be up to date & be current within a year of August 2012.
