[Troop139] Reminder: MANDATORY PARENT MEETING - 7:30 pm - Tuesday, July 24th -- Scouts

Hi All, 

As a reminder... 
 
 
1) THIS TUESDAY (TOMORROW) 7:30 pm MANDATORY PARENT MEETING for those whose children going to Summer Camp
 - at least ONE parent should attend
 - Important information and handouts will be given
 
 

ALSO... A MUST BY THIS TUESDAY, July 24th !!!!!!
 
2) All scouts should report to the meeting in FULL Uniform.
   - Class A shirt   
   - Class B shirt (if they have it)
   - Scout Socks
   - Troop neckerchief (if they have one)
   - Scout Handbook
 
3) We now need to complete our payments for Summer Camp to Council
 - If you have not already paid for your scout to go to camp, please do so next Tuesday
 
 
4) Medical Forms are Due!  3 copies please WITH copies of the insurance/medical cards attached. 

We MUST receive Medical Forms for EACH child and EACH adult attending Summer Camp
Physicals MUST be up to date & be current within a year of August 2012.
