[Troop139] SNOW! - PLEASE CALL TO CONFIRM

Hi Folks!

 

AS YOU KNOW :-)  it is going to SNOW tomorrow!  

 

Troop 139's standing service project is to remove the snow from the walks
and staircases at St. John's in the off-time periods.

 

Snow is expected overnight and into the morning.  There is a funeral at
9:30, so your help in getting the front of the church cleared is needed.

Please come to the front of St. John's at 8:30 AM with a shovel and clear
the center stairs and the plaza for the funeral.

 

Those who cannot arrive at 8:30 AM should arrive at Noon and plan to clear
stairs and walks of the Church, Rectory, Parish Life Center, School and
Conlon Hall.

 

Scouts are expected to figure out a way to get to St. John's safely by foot
or by car.  If you don't have the means to ride, then reach out to another
Scout and get one.   An email to this list is another way to get a ride.

 

PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR ATTENDANCE PLANS ASAP by giving me a call.  

I will be away tomorrow and need some Scouts and their parents to step up
and make this happen.
