I have a conference call that will end at 3:00.  
They really don't want anyone in camp much before 5:30 PM.

So far, I have Richard and possibly Tyler Bartsch.  I will have room for
two more scouts and their packs if I am not carrying much gear.  I can
put the back seat down in the van, which would leave room for only one
additional scout, if I need to carry gear. What time would you like to
meet at the Church?

Hi Folks!

Here we go!

Ken Ardizzone and I will meet up in the afternoon and have an advanced
party to get gear and food up to camp.  

 

Ken,

Reply to all and let us know who you are driving.  

I will have Jeremy and a PACKED van.

 

All others will meet at St. John's in the parking lot on Friday at 7:00
PM to assemble and depart.

 

Things to bring:

Full Scout uniform

Boy Scout or Webelos Handbook

Pen/paper

Day pack for the hike on Saturday

BOOTS!

Water bottles

Have layered clothing

Hats

Gloves

Boy Scouts will bring and use tents on Saturday night.  They may use
them on Friday as well.  The weather is going to be lovely!

 

Webelos will either sleep with other Scouts in a designed bunk room or
in a tent with other Scouts. 

 

Adults will sleep in a separate designated bunk room or in a tent alone
or with another adult.

 

Exceptions require prior arrangements.  

 

All food is being provided.

 

Sunday we will be leaving NoBe at 7:00 AM and attend 9:00 AM Mass as a
unit prior to dismissal.  Only those with CCD requirements may arrange
for alternatives.
