[Troop139] Emergency Preparedness Training

FYI.  There is also going to be a CERT course in the fall as well as other
in-service training classes.  

 

Scouts and Venturers in Troop 139 thinking about the Emergency Preparedness
Merit Badge should plan to take that course next fall.  

 

Further, Venturers in Crew 7373 should consider taking CERT, if they don't
have it or some of the other single evening courses to enhance their prior
CERT training.
