Hi Folks!

Well, tonight we will meet at Conlon Hall with our sleeping bags, pads and
hiking gear for Holy Thursday Mass, the overnight and of course, the church
hike on Good Friday.  

 

Make sure that you have your water, snacks, layered clothing and Scout
uniform for Mass.  On Friday, you will need to dress in layers with either
your Scout shirt or your orange Troop t-shirt on the outside for safety.

 

If you have an Amateur Radio HT, please charge your battery and bring your
radio.  If you do not have one, I may be able to lend you one for the hike.

 

If you have a reflective vest, please bring that to wear on the hike as
well.

 

You will be provided with pizza around 9:30 PM tomorrow evening before going
to bed.

 

We will be up at 5:00 AM and you will be provided with a continental
breakfast with juice.

 

We will leave at 6:00 AM from Conlon Hall and head down Washington Avenue
toward Clinton.  

 

Additional water and snacks will be provided during the hike and we will
have a pizza lunch at NNJC Camp Alpine.  

 

On Saturday, if you would like to assist with the lighting of the Pascal
Fire and to attend the Vigil Mass, please be on the front porch of St.
John's at 6:30 PM.  No uniform is required for this activity.  Please
consider bringing your family with you!
