Hi Folks!
Our recent efforts at the shelter were highlighted in an article that James
Beattie, KC2SQV wrote.

rene/
Please share this with your friends.
BTW: The reference to John Courtney, N5CAT was particularly nice and shows
how the ethic of service has no bounds.
John is an Eagle Scout from Waldwick, an Electrical Engineer, a former
Marine officer with several tours in both Gulf Wars and Afghanistan, an
Extra Amateur Radio Operator, a pilot, a former Voyager (Ranger/Guide) at
Floodwood Mountain Scout Reservation, and is currently a Director of Field
Operations for United States Technical Services. He was a pleasure to work
with and I am hoping to see him again next summer at Floodwood.
I have been moving generators around since Sunday afternoon to folks who
needed to sump out their basements and work has been busy as well! I will
have my report done this weekend and will share it with you.
Thanks & 73,
Gordon Beattie, W2TTT
