Thanks so much for getting the donations to us this week.? We apreciate it and it really will help to make this Tricky Tray fantastic!

REMINDER: TRICKY TRAY DATE:? SATURDAY, OCTOBER 22ND (NEXT SATURDAY)

The Schedule...
??
Monday, 17th - Drop dead date for any donations that need to be wrapped. 
?
Wednesday, 19th - Drop dead date for any donations to get into the brochure. 
?
Thursday, 20th, Brochure gets printed
?
Friday, 21st @?12 noon, All stuff from the office (in Old Tappan) gets loaded into the Dave Miller Truck 
?- We will need some adults and the senior scouts or Eagles that may be off of school or work that day to help move the stuff and load the truck
?
Friday, 21st @?6 PM - Tricky Tray Set up
?- ALL hands on deck!
?- Starting @ 6 PM - set up Conlon Hall and?be done by 11 PM
?- We will need 1-2 Adults (or Eagles over 18) to stay over night to guard the "stuff"
?
Saturday, 22nd?(10 AM - 3 PM) Tricky Tray?Finishing Touches
?- ALL hands on deck! - TBD on Friday night how many people we will need
?

VOLUNTEERS AND ITEMS STILL NEEDED - PLEASE LET ME KNOW BY SUNDAY, 16TH....
?- I MUST know by Sunday, 16th who will be at the Tricky Tray (scouts and parents) to help with Ticket Sales, kitchen?& other things. 

?- Food shopping on Friday (need someone to go to Costco or BJs)
?- Dennis - do you think you could provide us with a microphone?
?- Gordon - we will need the data projector
?- Jeanne - We will need seed $$ (door (1), ticket tables (3-4), kitchen (1), lottery vest (1))
