[Troop139] Who is going to the Scout Retreat?

Hi Folks!

 

We are in serious need of finalizing our Retreat participation list.

The Retreat is Friday, October 14 to Sunday, October 16 at Ross Dock in
Englewood Cliffs.

The theme is driven around the concept that we are all God's Children with
an active program based on disabilities awareness.

 

Please respond ASAP.

 

We are working on the Ad Altare Dei and Pius XII religious awards during
parts of our Troop meetings during the fall and the Retreat is part of this
process.  Your son should be participating in this initiative, as a Scout is
Reverent.

 

Meeting attendance this fall has been appalling despite an exciting trip to
KYW-TV in Philadelphia, the religious award program and the planned November
and December trips.  

Please make an effort to get your son to meetings and to the other
activities of the Troop.
